BLOOD TESTS

Complete (Full) Blood Count (CBC/FBC) is one of the most common blood tests used very often to give indication for general health and/or to give clues in certain health problems & infections. 

CBC/FBC measures the levels & proportions of cells, proteins in our blood, like Red Blood Cells, White Blood Cells, Platelets levels, Hemoglobin Levels. 

It detects sign of;

• Iron Deficiency (Anemia)

Blood coagulation test is one of the important blood test has to be done regularly or before any treatment and operation.   

Blood coagulation test is related with bleeding and clotting. measures the volume of the clotting cells platelets, or thrombocytes, and the time for clotting prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (aPTT), and thrombin time (TT). It detects problems like;

• Excess Bleeding Hemorrhage
• Hemophilia A and B

• Liver Diseases

Blood Microbiology or Blood Culture Test checks if there is an infection in our blood by foreign invaders like virus, fungus, bacteria or other microorganisms. These invaders called ''Pathogens'' and circulates through blood stream and can effect other organs. 

Blood Culture test detects these pathogens and give result as ''negative'' or ''positive'' . One of the most seen blood infection is ''Sepsis'' and it directly effects immune system. Chills, fever, tiredness, muscle aches can be the symptoms of infections. If infection is in more progress , inflammation throughout the body formation of many tiny blood clots in your smallest blood vessels cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure which can lead a failure of one or more organs. 

Blood cultures test asked more frequently for higher risk patients with diabetes, HIV or AIDS , cancer or an autoimmune disease.
